Delivery is free and most of our orders are dispatched from a third-party fulfilment centre in Hobart, TAS or directly from our franchise supplier in London, UK. 

Using our Auspost economy service our delivery aim is 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.

This can sometimes take longer during peak times.

If you require your Bralux bra in a hurry, please select UPS Express time guaranteed delivery at checkout. This is a paid-for fully tracked express service.

We provide tracking numbers with Express Delivery.

We do not provide tracking numbers with economy delivery unless requested.

Your bra comes with Bralux packaging placed in a discrete brown cardboard box. There are no identification marks on what's inside, perfect for being discrete or having your Bralux order sent to your workplace.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchanges and returns on all of our products provided the item is sent back to us in unused condition and the hygiene strips are attached.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

We do not provide free returns.

3-for-2 Deal Returns.

If you return items on an order from our 3-for-2 deal, you will be charged the value for the items kept.

We strive to offer a pleasant buying experience. In the rare case-of an item arriving damaged, or gets lost in transit we will replace your item(s) with immediate effect. Please contact us if this is the case.
